Anand Lakhani
Anand is the founder of YourNXT Technologies. He works on a bit of everything for the smooth growth of the company. He started his career in software development and his love continues for programming. He surely manages to perfect his balance between his professional and personal life. He finds peace at the beaches.
Mihir Purohit
Mihir co-founded YourNXT Technologies along with his childhood buddy Anand. He has worked for Banks and Financial Institutes for more than a decade. Although driven by high IT skills, he does have an edge at sports. Wildlife photography is what he is looking forward to pursuing. Besides prioritizing work, he aims for his fitness by working out and swimming.
Vikas Chowdhury
After over 10+ years of experience in a number of programming languages and leading technical teams in top-notch IT companies, Vikas assumes the roles of Solution Architect, Technology Head, and Full Stack Developer, among many other things in YourNXT Technologies. In his free time, he enjoys the great outdoors, GOT episodes, and playing ping pong and snooker.
Rahul Thachilath
Rahul Thachilath is a Technology Engineer and Architect at YourNXT. In addition to his primary work, he has a passion for traveling which ranges from biking in Leh-Ladakh to trekking to Everest base camp. He also has a deep passion for photography and astronomy.
Romil Lodaya
Romil is a Software Engineer at YourNXT. A Diehard cricket fan and gadgets freak, he is a cricketer by heart and Developer by profession. In his free time, you will find him at cricket grounds.
Office Culture
